I require CAD files (in STEP format), so that I can have a functional prototype (for a proposed new product) 3D printed (by a third party who requires you to have the CAD files, and doesn't offer design services)...

The proposed product would consist of only three plastic parts (which are very straightforward in design — no "funny" complex shapes, mostly cylinder-shapes), and the CAD drawings should take well under an hour to do.

Besides the CAD files (for the 3 parts), I also want a photorealistic [.png] image generated, of what the product would look like.

You will get detailed design instructions, covering all features, and its not like you will need to serve as a mechanical engineer or industrial designer who needs to figure out design solutions to make a product work (just from rough sketches) — even a high school boy who dabbles in CAD and 3D printing in his bedroom, would easily be able design this product.
