Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by

Louis van Wyk – louisvw235@gmail.com
(the INVENTOR), and

BELPAX – www.belpax.com
(the COMPANY).

The INVENTOR will disclose certain confidential info (INFORMATION) to the COMPANY, so that the INVENTOR and the COMPANY can discuss a project, and potentially sign a second round agreement.

The INFORMATION concerns an invention, which the INVENTOR has filed a patent application for.

The COMPANY will treat with the INFORMATION with the utmost confidence, and will not disclose or discuss the INFORMATION with any outside party, and will not exploit any part of the INFORMATION.
